Today jeans are a very popular form of casual dress around the world and come in many styles and colors, with the "indigo blue jeans" made from 100% cotton, cotton is well known for comfort and is one of the most popular materials used for denim production.

For the original jeans, most people identify the Levi 501 with the American culture, especially the American Old West.
